Saja Boys FANART CONTEST PARTICIPATION SURVEY

Hello, this is the KPop Demon Hunters Official Fan Community.

The [Saja Boys Fanart Contest Participation Survey] must be completed within the designated response period. To finalize your entry, you are required to provide consent for the collection of personal information and submit your responses through this survey. You will not be officially entered into the Fanart Contest until this process is completed.

[Survey Submission Period]

October 14, 2025, 11:00 ~ October 27, 2025, 23:59 (KST)

Responses may be modified during the submission period. After the deadline, no modifications will be allowed under any circumstances.

[Eligibility for Fanart Contest Participation]

- Must be a registered member of the official fan community (kpopdemonhunters.fan)

- Must be a member of the [Saja Boys OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP] and maintain active membership status

[Required Survey Information]

- Social Media Handle & Link: Link to your original fanart post, social media platform, the handle of your personal social media account

※ The collected information will be used solely for the administration of the Fanart Contest and the shipment of prizes. All data will be permanently deleted after the event concludes.

[Important Notes]

- Fanart submissions must be posted through your own social media account.

- The KPop Demon Hunters Official Fan Community ID used to join the official fan community and [Saja Boys OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP] must match the KPop Demon Hunters Official Fan Community ID used to submit this survey. Furthermore, the individual registered under that ID must also be the owner of the social media account that submits the Fanart entry.

- Participation using another person’s work or identity will result in the cancellation of prizes and participation benefits without prior notice. Netflix and bemyfriends bear no responsibility for any legal issues arising from such actions.

- After the winner announcement, we will contact each winner individually via the email address provided during the KPop Demon Hunters Official Fan Community sign-up process. Personal information required for prize delivery (name, contact number, and address) will be collected only from the winners after the announcement.
